1. General provisions
These terms set out the rules for using the Procveth service available at procveth.com. By using the service or submitting the registration form, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
2. Who may use the service
The service may only be used by adults with full legal capacity who are not subject to laws prohibiting the use of investment services or crypto-asset services in their country of residence.
3. Scope of services
Procveth provides technology tools for market analysis and order automation, informational content and registration forms. An investment account may be operated by a partner entity under a separate agreement, which you will be able to review before entering into it. Procveth does not provide individual investment advice, and content published on the site does not constitute a recommendation.
4. Investment risk
CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. Crypto-asset prices are highly volatile. You may lose all the capital you invest. Past performance, simulations and scenarios presented on the site are for illustration only and are not a guarantee of future results.
5. Account and security
- you provide true, current and complete information;
- you protect your login details and do not share them with third parties;
- you use two-factor authentication;
- you complete the identity verification (KYC) required by anti-money-laundering law.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, including market manipulation, money laundering or terrorist financing, nor attempt unauthorised access to our systems, scrape content at scale or disrupt the operation of the service.
7. Fees
Information on fees, spreads, commissions and position financing costs is presented before you enter into an agreement and remains available in the client dashboard. We are fully transparent about pricing – no cost is charged without prior notice.
8. Intellectual property
The Procveth name, logo, software, texts and graphics published on the site are protected by copyright and industrial property law. Copying or distributing them without our consent is prohibited.
9. Liability
We are not liable for losses resulting from investment decisions, market price movements, outages of networks or systems outside our control, or force majeure. These limitations apply to the extent permitted by mandatory law, including consumer protection law.
10. Complaints, changes and contact
Please send complaints and questions to [email protected] – we reply within 14 days. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution, for example the help of a municipal or district consumer ombudsman in Poland. We may amend these terms for valid reasons and will announce changes in advance on this page. Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law.
